Our workshops are a great way for children to build their self-confidence, fitness and hand-eye coordination in a supportive and encouraging environment. The children learn how to hoop on different parts of their body as well as learning hula hoop tricks and playing lots of games.
We encourage them to help each other and time permitting put them into groups to put together a small routine with lots of help from us.
It’s a great activity to gain their circus badge or just a fun way to learn a new skill.
