These popular 2 hour workshops are a great introduction to hooping, either to see how you enjoy it before committing to ongoing classes or a great fun activity for friends and family members to share together. 

Each one will cover the basics of waist hooping, hooping in your hands and how to transition between with lots of hoop tricks and moves. Every session is different so can be enjoyed as a one off or you can build your skills by coming to each one. 

They are suitable for complete beginners or those with some hooping experience and for ages 12+ (no upper limit )Yay
